The Initial Consultation

To be clear, we are creating a private, 1:1 coaching relationship.

Whether it's our initial consultation, or we've worked together for years, I will always be on the lookout for the next courageous, wise, and loving move for you to make in your life. I will also make sure it's bold enough to actually get you where you want to go.

My approach is NOT one-size-fits-all. I have spent years developing a system by which I create a fully customized program with you and for you.

But there is one common aim.

The Process

2. Fill out and submit the short form.
3. I will be in touch to schedule a 20 minute connection call. 
4. If we're a fit on the connection call, we will schedule an initial consult. (free)

If we decide to work together after the initial consult, it will be for three months.

We will meet 3 times in the first month to create a full picture of what's holding you back and how to get through it.

We will meet 2x/month for the remaining two months.

Between meetings you get virtually unlimited access to me for feedback, grounding and accountability as you take the new actions in your life.

Regular meetings are important.
But life happens in the moment.
Self-doubt creeps up in the moment.
Your next courageous move can only be made in a moment.

These check-ins between meetings are often what people appreciate most about working with me.

Most of my clients are people who decided to continue with me after this initial three month period. With each of them I have created a custom framework with custom lines of communication that serves their ongoing growth.
